Kourtney Kardashian is enjoying time with her almost eight-month-old baby away from the public eye, as they do not disclose much information about their first child with Travis Barker.
The reality TV star, 45-year-old Kourtney, welcomed baby Rocco on November 1, 2023, with 48-year-old Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker. The birth had some difficulties, which Kourtney shared after emergency fetal surgery.
«As someone who has had three very easy pregnancies in the past, I was not prepared for the fear of emergency fetal surgery. I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can understand that feeling of fear», - she shared. «I now have a completely new understanding and respect for moms who have to fight for their children during pregnancy». She concluded: «Thank God. Leaving the hospital with my baby safe in my belly was a true blessing».
Despite the increased privacy, Barker’s daughter, 18-year-old Alabama, whom he shares with ex Shanna Moakler, recently posted a photo of her younger brother on her Instagram story with the caption: «My favorite people 🫶🏻».
The couple, often referred to as Kravis, took their marriage seriously, getting married three times in 2022. Their first wedding took place in a chapel in Las Vegas at night. They then got married in a Santa Barbara court in California for legal and sentimental reasons.
«Santa Barbara was special for both of us. Since our wedding was in Italy, we needed to get married in California to make it legal in the United States. We could have just called someone and signed the papers. But we wanted to do something truly special… We love Santa Barbara and escape there as often as we can».
Their last wedding celebration in Italy was a gothic Catholic event, which Kourtney described as her «most emotional» ceremony.
«It was our main wedding for me. The process of going from feeling anxious and scared to that vulnerable moment in front of people — it was a big buildup that I’m sure many brides feel — and then the beginning of feeling such peace over me. It was all so special how it happened».
After three Kravis weddings, they officially united their families. Together, the couple is raising six children: Kourtney shares Reign, Mason, and Penelope with Scott Disick, while Barker is the biological father of Landon and Alabama, as well as the stepfather of Atiana de la Hoya from his previous marriage
