Courtney Kardashian: «I adhere to the principles of attachment parenting»

In many different cultures, women do not leave the house after giving birth for 40 days to give their bodies time to heal, — Courtney shared during the «Kardashians» episode on June 27th. «And for that, I really adhere to the principles of attachment parenting. I really do not separate from it».
Describing how she created a «blissful baby bubble» at home for herself and Rocky, now a mother of four added: «I feel like my time is dedicated to taking care of my child and strengthening my bond with him».
Although attachment parenting aims to create strong emotional bonds between mother and child, which will allow the child to thrive in future relationships, it is not without criticism. Some believe that this parenting style leads to overly dependent children or stressed parents who feel they must fulfill every desire of their child.

Despite the different parenting styles among the three sisters and mothers, Courtney mentioned in an interview with Redbook magazine in 2014 that she «did not plan» to adopt attachment parenting, but it «came naturally to her».
