Chris Pratt couldn’t take his eyes off his wife Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt during their latest date. Enjoying lunch in Southern California, the «Guardians of the Galaxy» star playfully teased his wife’s outfit as they enjoyed a summer afternoon.
«Great lunch with my wife, who is very sun protective», - wrote Chris, 45, on Instagram on Tuesday, July 2. «And I love ninjas. So it’s kind of a win-win».
After finishing her lunch, Katherine, 34, put on a white baseball cap, sunglasses, and a Coolibar UPF 50+ hoodie that almost completely covered her face. The bestselling author humorously accepted her husband’s post by sharing a link to the hoodie on her Instagram Stories, writing: «Me 🤝🏻 ninja».
In a subsequent post, Katherine reminded her followers of the importance of applying sunscreen as temperatures rise across the country. «Just popping in to remind you to apply SPF», - she wrote on Instagram on Wednesday, July 3, recommending iS CLINICAL skincare. «And don’t forget about your hands, neck, and ears!»
Sun protection remains a priority for Katherine as she reportedly prepares to become a mother for the third time. On June 28, PEOPLE magazine reported that the animal advocate is pregnant and expecting her third child with Chris. (The couple has not publicly announced that they have another child on the way yet.)
According to Katherine, who is the mother of daughters Lyla Maria, 3, and Leloiza Christina, 2, she is raising her daughters to feel comfortable and confident in their own skin without all the glitz and glamour that sometimes takes over Hollywood.
«This is something I’m very mindful of now, having daughters, how we talk about ourselves, what we wear, how we spend our time, how we play with makeup, play with hair, all the different things that I want them to enjoy in life and be young girls and grow up», - she told PEOPLE in May. «And also love their natural beauty and know that they are beautiful inside and out and feel comfortable in their own skin. It’s a huge gift that my mom [Maria Shriver] gave me, which I feel is passed down from beauty to fashion».
Chris also admitted that he is learning some things about parenting from his mother-in-law. Appearing on Today, the actor called Maria, 68, a «living saint».
