Lady Gaga leads among the nominees for the MTV Video Music Awards 2025

Abracadabra! The nominees for the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards have been announced, and none other than Mother Monster, Lady Gaga, leads with a whopping 12 nominations. Following this global pop icon is her co-writer for the song «Die With a Smile», - Bruno Mars, with 11 VMA nominations, and then Kendrick Lamar with 10 nominations.
Gaga is nominated for Artist of the Year, and she has nominations for the duet «Diet With a Smile» with Bruno, as well as for her new hit «Abracadabra». This is certainly not Gaga’s first time at the VMAs. In the past, she has been awarded accolades such as Best New Artist and Best Female Video.
