Lexi Wood remembers Presley Gerber after his death

Lexi Wood, the ex-girlfriend of Presley Gerber, posted a heartfelt message on Instagram in memory of the model who passed away at the age of 27. Wood wrote that it is difficult to put into words what it means to lose someone who was an important part of her life for many years. She noted that despite their breakup, they remained close friends.

Lexi emphasized that their relationship was always rooted in friendship and described Presley as one of the kindest and most open people who loved deeply and sincerely. She added that he was «incredibly resilient» and «fought for his life», - facing addiction and mental health issues for a decade. Wood also mentioned that Presley wanted to use his story to help others.

Presley Gerber, the son of model Cindy Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber, was found dead at a rehabilitation center. According to information provided by the Santa Monica police, a call was made on September 20 regarding a possible overdose. His death is currently being investigated as a possible overdose; however, foul play is not suspected. An autopsy has been completed, but the cause of death is still unknown as further testing is required.

Presley actively shared his experiences with addiction on Instagram, including a series of posts titled «Mental Health Mondays». In one of the videos, he spoke about the medications he used to treat panic attacks.
