In the new episode of the reality show «The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City», - which will air on October 14, Lisa Barlow and Meredith Marks surprised the participants with a musical number. In an exclusive teaser published by Us Weekly, Meredith states, «We are the Glam Cats», - and then Lisa performs a diss track that appears to be directed at Bronwyn Newport and other participants.
In the song, Lisa repeats the phrases «hypocrisy and nonsense» and adds that «betrayal» is part of their performance. The reaction of the other cast members to the number was mixed: Brittany Bateman expressed her dissatisfaction, saying, «What the hell?» and added that they were bored. While Whitney Rose pondered whether to stop the performance, Heather Gay couldn’t take her eyes off what was happening, noting that it resembled a «train wreck».
Bronwyn seemed to be the most upset and began to cry, receiving support from her then-boyfriend Brandon Good and other participants. Brittany told Lisa and Meredith that they were unwelcome, while Bronwyn added, «You both can leave». In a confessional interview, Bronwyn described the performance as a «new low», - noting that she couldn’t share the joy of her life without the «hypocritical and nonsensical song» about herself.
In this episode, Whitney will also open up about the difficulties in her marriage to Justin Rose, and the participants will plan a boat trip, where Angie Katsanevas will question whether Lisa has gone too far with her lip fillers. The episode of «The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City» can be watched on Bravo on Wednesdays at 8:00 PM Eastern Time, with new episodes available on Peacock the following day.
