**"When I got on set, I already had an idea of what my character would be like. But this—I didn’t know [for a long time]," Miles said about the shocking twist with Matty and Pennywise. «It happened a year after my first audition. I think it was probably until I got to Toronto that I didn’t know I had anything beyond the first episode."**
**In fact, Miles thought his character died in the first episode. «I thought [my character] just died there, and that was it», - he added.**
