Megan Fox starred in an advertisement for a treatment for erectile dysfunction, presenting herself as Ro Sparks. In the commercial, which was released on October 1, the actress appeared in a form-fitting red jumpsuit and high heels, stating: «Hi, I’m not Viagra. I’m Ro Sparks. A prescription medication for men».
In the next shot, Fox showcased her makeup and explained the effects of the medication while biting the packaging. She noted that the medication «stays in your system ready to go for up to 36 hours» and added that it «dissolves under the tongue for quick action». To conclude the ad, she winked and assured that the packaging is very discreet.
Before becoming the face of Ro Sparks, Fox responded to criticism regarding her Instagram posts, where she posed in a leather top and pants. One user commented that she was already «too old» to post such photos. Fox replied: «Then don’t look, sister».
The actress also commented on a fan’s admiration for her figure after giving birth. She welcomed her fourth child, daughter Saga, in March 2025 with her former partner Machine Gun Kelly. Fox also has three sons—Noah, 14, Bodhi, 12, and Journey, 10—whom she raises with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green. The couple married in June 2010 and finalized their divorce in February 2022.
