Megan Trainor talked about her fear of miscarriage during her second pregnancy

Meghan Trainor revealed that she was scared about her second pregnancy with her son, Barry, during an interview with Ryan Seacrest on Mythical Kitchen’s Last Meals on Thursday, June 6.
«That morning I was, as they say, glowing with joy, I recorded everything on video. I did an interview, and they asked me, 'How are you feeling?' and I said, 'I'm thriving.' I was so happy… And then, right before my last interview, I looked down and saw blood… 'Oh no,' and they said 'Alright, Ryan Seacrest is on the line. Let’s go!'» shared the 30-year-old singer.
The «All About That Bass» singer shared this on the day she found out she was pregnant with Barry, whom she shares with Daryl Sabara. They also have another son named Riley.
Having experience with motherhood, the blood put her in a state of stress, explained Meghan. «I went through that whole interview thinking 'don't cry, don’t cry, don’t cry,' and then overcame it. I closed the computer and said, 'Guys, I think I’m having a miscarriage… I went to the bathroom and saw what was happening, and thought, 'Okay, this morning I had a baby, and now I don’t.' I thought, 'I'll just keep testing,' and the pregnancy test still showed a positive result», - she added.
This pregnancy scare led her to get checked, but she found an even bigger surprise. «They did a blood test, and if you’re not pregnant, the number will be zero. My number was 90,000… At six weeks I went, and she said, 'Wow, this is a 10-week baby.' So I was pregnant from that [Jimmy] Fallon performance», - Meghan said.
The «miscarriage» Meghan mentioned is actually known as implantation bleeding, which occurs «10−14 days after conception» and is very common. According to the Mayo Clinic, it happens when the fertilized egg attaches to the uterine wall… usually occurring around the time you would expect your period.
