Mary Beth Baron, a comedian and writer, indirectly commented on rumors of a romance with Joe Alwyn by posting on Instagram on September 22. In the post, she noted that she is «kicking off this project», - accompanied by photos of herself with Alwyn, as well as a screenshot of an article from Deadline.
The post came amid rumors of a possible romantic relationship between them, which arose after they were spotted together in New York earlier in the month. To poke fun at the speculation, Baron added photos of them spending time together, including one where they are smiling in a restaurant and another where Alwyn is posing in a bar.
During their walk across the Brooklyn Bridge, as reported by E! News, Baron even wore Alwyn’s baseball cap in the bar. It was previously reported that Alwyn, who was in a relationship with Taylor Swift, started dating Sara Pidgeon, with whom he has been «casually seeing» since June. An insider claimed that they are trying to keep their meetings private and share similar interests.
Baron has also been linked to several celebrities in recent months, including Lucas Bravo and KD Aubert, but none of these relationships have been officially confirmed.
