Mia Goth has filed for divorce from Shia LaBeouf more than a year after their separation. Goth submitted legal documents in Los Angeles on October 6, citing «irreconcilable differences» as the reason for the split and stating the date of separation as July 28, 2025.
According to the filing, Goth is seeking primary legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old daughter, Isabel. She is also requesting the court to terminate the possibility of spousal support for either herself or LaBeouf during the divorce proceedings.
Goth noted that the «exact nature and extent» of any assets or debts belonging to each party is currently unknown and is asking the court to amend her petition when this information becomes available. The petition also includes a request for both Goth and LaBeouf to pay any court costs.
