Mia Goth files for divorce from Shia LaBeouf and seeks custody of daughter

Mia Goth hinted at her ex-partner Shia LaBeouf amid their divorce proceedings. On October 8, the actress posted a selfie on Instagram wearing a T-shirt that read «My ex is my biggest fan», - accompanying the post with a kiss emoji.
This post came just two days after Goth filed for divorce from LaBeouf, with whom she split over a year ago. The legal documents were filed in Los Angeles on October 6, citing «irreconcilable differences» as the reason for the split, and the date of their separation is noted as July 28, 2025.
In the filed documents, Goth requests primary legal and physical custody of their four-year-old daughter, Isabel. She also seeks to exclude the possibility of spousal support for herself or LaBeouf during the divorce. Goth noted that the «exact nature and extent» of any separate or community assets and debts of the parties are currently «unknown», - and she asks the court to amend her filing when this information becomes available.
Goth and LaBeouf began dating in December 2012 while filming «Nymphomaniac: Vol. II» and were together for four years before marrying in October 2016 in Las Vegas. Two years later, the couple separated, after which LaBeouf began a relationship with FKA Twigs, but they soon parted ways as well. Goth and LaBeouf reunited in March 2020 and became parents.
