Everyone agrees that Miranda Cosgrove hardly ages since her debut as a child star. Now she is 30 years old, and the Nickelodeon alumna shared how a little boy told her she had «aged» during her recent appearance on Live with Kelly and Mark on Wednesday, April 23.
Pointing out that she is «sometimes» recognized on the street, Miranda recalled a funny incident at a Target store when a child «kept looking» at her, Entertainment Weekly reports.
«It's funny because there was a time when a lot of little kids didn’t really know who I was because [iCarly] hadn’t been on for a while. Then Netflix got the show, and they started showing old seasons», - said the «School of Rock» actress. «Recently I was at Target, and there was a little boy just staring at me in the toy section. He kept looking at me. He was about 7 years old. I thought, 'Oh my gosh, maybe he watches the show!' And then he started following me. I thought he was going to say he watched. Instead, he said, 'You've aged!'»
Kelly noted that she disagrees with the child about Miranda, saying that the «Drake & Josh» alumna looks «exactly the same».
Miranda is promoting her upcoming movie «The Bridesmaid», - in which she stars alongside Brooke Shields. Meanwhile, fans are demanding a renewal of Miranda’s iCarly reboot for a fourth season after Paramount+ shockingly announced that the show had been canceled. The hashtag «#SaveiCarly» has become popular on social media since the studio representative announced the cancellation last year.
«iCarly will not return for a fourth season on Paramount+», - the representative said in October 2023. «The series had a great three-season run and satisfied what fans really wanted to see when Carly and Freddie finally got together.
