Powerful tornadoes hit Arkansas: governor warned of ongoing threat

After a tornado emergency was declared in parts of Eastern Arkansas, Lake City bore the brunt of the storm. However, according to Craighead County Administrator Brandon Shrader, it also touched Bay, Arkansas, according to CNN.
Shrader said the county «can confirm a tornado touchdown outside the city», - referring to Bay.
