Nathan continued to insist on his point, even pretending to throw an empty bottle at Joe.
The next day, Joe and Nathan said their goodbyes, not expecting to see each other again. Several months after filming Season 11 of «Below Deck Med», - Nathan was arrested in Australia in December 2025 on charges of domestic violence against a 29-year-old woman. In August, it was revealed from a police report that Nathan faced charges of «causing bodily harm, non-consensual choking, and simple assault». He received a conditional bail but was later convicted on three counts of domestic violence for failing to appear in court.
Nathan told Rolling Stone that he is not perfect and is willing to take responsibility for his actions, but he also noted that he has evidence that he believes provides important context to the events. A domestic violence restraining order was also filed against Nathan by Gael in New South Wales. As a result, Bravo fired Nathan following his arrest. Joe, for his part, expressed support for Gael by sharing her statement on Instagram.
