The Pentagon criticized Netflix for «woke garbage» (without directly naming «Boots») in a statement received by Entertainment Weekly.
«Under President Donald Trump and Secretary [Pete] Hegseth, the US armed forces are returning to the restoration of military etiquette», - said Pentagon spokesperson Kingsley Wilson in a statement. «Our standards in all respects are elite, universal, and gender-blind, because the weight of a backpack or a person does not matter, whether you are a man, a woman, gay, or a rectangle».
