Tell Me Lies takes place in the late 2000s at the fictional Bard College in upstate New York, where freshman Lucy Albright (Grace Van Patten) and senior Stefan DeMarco (Jackson White) explore the attraction of romance over eight years.
According to the official Hulu synopsis, the third season will follow Lucy and Stefan after they «rekindle their tumultuous romance during the spring semester at Bard College. While they promise that this time will be different, past transgressions hinder their best intentions, and Lucy finds herself embroiled in a scandal she wants nothing to do with».
«Meanwhile, the catastrophic consequences of last year force Lucy and Stefan’s friends to confront their destructive behavioral traits», - the synopsis reads. «As scandalous secrets roam the campus, ominous consequences threaten Lucy and everyone around her».
The third season of Tell Me Lies premieres on January 13, 2026. The first two episodes will be available on that day on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+ for subscribers in the US. The finale of the third season will air on February 24, 2026.
