Olivia Hassie Eisley will forever remain our Juliet. The actress, who played the role in the film «Romeo and Juliet», - passed away at the age of 73 in December 2024, survived by her three children and her husband, David Glen Eisley. She and David fell in love and welcomed their daughter, India Eisley, in 1993.

Olivia’s death was announced in a post on Instagram, which was published on her account. The caption read: «With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Olivia Hassie Eisley, who peacefully passed away at home surrounded by her loved ones on December 27. Olivia was a wonderful person, whose warmth, wisdom, and pure kindness touched the lives of all who knew her. She was born on April 17, 1951 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Olivia lived a life full of passion, love, and dedication to art, spirituality, and kindness to animals».

The post also mentioned Olivia’s three children and her ten-year marriage to David, as well as her «legacy of love, which will forever remain in our hearts».

David is a musician, singer, and songwriter, known for his work on the ballad «Sweet Victory», - which gained popularity thanks to the episode «Band Geeks» of the animated series «SpongeBob SquarePants». David also served as a vocalist in the bands Sorcery, Giuffria, and Dirty White Boy.

In addition to his music career, David is known as the son of actor Anthony Eisley.

Although David and Olivia rarely spoke about their marriage, it was clear that their love was eternal. In 1992, they were photographed together on a motorcycle in Beverly Hills, looking happier than ever.

Before finding love with David, Olivia was married to Japanese singer Akira Fuse from 1980 to 1989. The former spouses raised their son Maximilian Fuse together.

In 1971, Olivia married her first husband, Dean Paul Martin Jr., the son of Dean Martin. Olivia and Dean Jr. raised their son Alexander Gunther Martin together.

After Olivia and Dean’s divorce in 1978, they reportedly remained on friendly terms until he tragically died in a plane crash in 1987
