The long-awaited documentary series «The Fall of Diddy» has finally been released. The series documents Sean «Diddy» Combs' rise as a rap mogul, entertainer, and entrepreneur, as well as his stunning descent into legal trouble when he faces multiple allegations of violence from prison. «Peel back the curtain on music mogul Sean Combs as allegations of long-term violence and cruelty surface to shake the world», - reads the Max logo.

The fall of Diddy began when his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura claimed in an explosive lawsuit in 2023 that he sexually assaulted her. He vehemently denied her accusations and quickly settled the matter, but it was not the end. That same year, multiple allegations of sexual violence followed, and in March 2024, his properties in Los Angeles and Miami were raided.
He is now at the center of dozens of civil lawsuits with various allegations of sexual harassment, and after being arrested and jailed in September 2024, he remains incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn on charges of human trafficking and organized crime. He consistently denies guilt.
«This unprecedented predicament, coupled with an advanced, coordinated media presence, leads to the premature condemnation of Mr. Combs and amounts to nothing more than a witch hunt based on unfounded allegations made in civil lawsuits», - said Diddy’s lawyer Aaron Dyer in a statement to E! News in March 2024. «There has been no admission of criminal or civil liability on any of these allegations. Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every day to clear his name».
Investigation Discovery’s documentary series «The Fall of Diddy» premiered on Monday, January 27, 2025. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the next two parts aired on January 28, with a special extended episode featuring former rap mogul assistant Phil Pines. The final episode will air on Friday, January 31.
«The Fall of Diddy» follows the Peacock documentary film on the same subject, «Diddy: The Rise of the Bad Boy», - which debuted on January 14.
