Peyton Blomquist, Florida football fan, becomes viral star

A fan of the University of Florida football team, who became popular during a game against Ole Miss, has identified herself and embraced her newfound fame. Peyton Blomquist, a freshman, was in the stands during the game on September 26, when an ESPN camera captured her for a few seconds, drawing attention from viewers across the country.

After the game, Blomquist shared a series of photos from her student life on Instagram, including a screenshot of her viral moment. In the caption, she wrote: «Work with this image», - referencing Florida coach John Sirmon’s motto.

Since then, her Instagram account has seen significant growth, and she now has over 45,000 followers, while on TikTok she has 33,000. Blomquist is known to be a pre-professional medicine student and graduated high school with honors. She is also a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority.

Her viral moment occurred just three weeks after another Ole Miss fan, Sarah Smith, experienced similar success when ESPN cameras captured her in the stands. Smith also received numerous messages from interested fans following her on-air appearance.
