Pitbull emphasized that he sees it as his duty to protect his children until they reach an age where they can make their own decisions about how to live and how to share their lives with others. He mentioned that he does not want his children to face the challenges associated with his name’s fame. According to him, he does not allow his children to participate in public life, as they are not yet ready for it.

The artist also shared that his last name is common enough to conceal his familial connections with his children. He added that his children are his biggest fans and react with excitement to his music videos. Pitbull also mentioned that his children can join social media only upon reaching a certain age.
