Apparently, it’s 2016 again, because Taylor Swift may have just brought fans back to her feud with Kim Kardashian and her ex-husband Kanye «Ye» West. Now that the 34-year-old pop star has released her latest double album «The Tortured Poets Department», eagle-eyed fans have realized that Taylor may be accusing Kim, 43, in the song «thanK you aIMee». Fans first pointed out that the song title is made up of Kim’s first name.
In the song, Taylor sings about a «spray-tanned schoolyard bully» who used to tease her. In the chorus, the Grammy winner sings: «All this time you were throwing punches, I was making something / And couldn’t wait to show you that it was real / Screamed 'Go to hell, Aimee' into the night sky when blood was spilling / But I can’t forget how you made me come alive».
In the post-chorus, Taylor mentions her mom, Andrea Swift, calling her a «saintly woman» who «wished» for her daughter’s tormentor to be «dead».
