More details about the divorce of Christina Haack and Joshua Hall have emerged. According to court documents obtained by E! News on Tuesday, July 16, the 41-year-old HGTV personality requested the court to terminate the possibility of awarding alimony to Joshua, 44. Meanwhile, in turn, Christina’s ex-husband requested alimony in his divorce petition.
Media outlets also reported that in Joshua’s divorce petition, he requested «an equal division of all property acquired during the marriage, except those obtained as gifts or by inheritance», - between him and Christina, including their shared home in Newport Beach, California.
However, Christina noted in her own divorce petition that she would like to resolve how their property will be divided at a later date, according to the publication.
