Film critic Elvis Mitchell and Darling&Co. will be hosting The Elvis Suite, an exclusive invitation-only event designed for in-depth discussions with industry luminaries about their creative processes, cultural impact, and the changing landscape of cinema. The festival kicks off (January 23) with an opening party for the film «Jumpa», - starring Olivia Colman and John Lithgow. Planned events include (January 24) a discussion on the roles of Olivia Colman and John Lithgow starting at 10:15 am; Cynthia Erivo, engaging with the audience starting at 1:30 pm; and Sarah Jessica Parker with a team of librarians starting at 4:30 pm. The excitement continues (January 25) with Rose Byrne at 9:30 am; Questlove at 1:00 pm; Ryan Coogler at 3:00 pm; and «Spotlight On Tomorrow» (January 25) launching the national Walker’s Rising Stars scholarship program, including a special panel moderated by DEADLINE editor Dominic Patten at 6:00 pm featuring singer and documentarian Kimberly Cole, director Rachel Fleit, and actor Jimmy Akingbola from the hit series BEL AIR on Peacock, exploring the program’s mission and the importance of investing in the arts, starting at 6:00 pm and ending at 9:00 pm. Benedict Cumberbatch and Dylan Sautern will discuss «The Thing with Feathers» (January 26) starting at 12:00 pm. The festival concludes with a conversation (January 27) with Eugene Hernandez and Kim Yutani starting at 1:30 pm, followed by Quentin Tarantino at 5:00 pm.

Sommsation returns to Sundance with its third annual Wine Lounge, creating a luxurious retreat for wine enthusiasts and film lovers. The lounge offers a cozy setting for curated wine tastings, complemented by gourmet meat and cheese pairings from renowned wineries such as Halter Ranch Winery and Alexana Winery. VIP wine tastings begin (January 24) at 12:00 pm, the evening event «The Art of Pairing» starts at 7:00 pm, and «Wine and Vibes» with DJ Joune begins at 9:30 pm. Festivities continue (January 25) with all-day wine tastings starting at 11:00 am. (January 26) VIP tastings, including an elevated wine tasting experience with ultra-premium and reserve wines, live chef demonstrations, and luxurious pairings, start at 12:00 pm, followed by the evening event «Grapes and Vinyl» with champagne toasts, tastings of curated independent wines by Sommsation, and an intimate live musical performance by DJ Joune, an internationally recognized open format DJ and official DJ for the NBA Utah Jazz and Utah hockey club, starting at 7:00 pm.
