The investigation into Sean «Diddy» Combs continues after his arrest on Monday, September 16, in New York. Following searches of the rapper’s properties in Los Angeles and Miami on March 25, federal law enforcement agencies reportedly found weapons at both locations. However, these were not the only items found. According to NBC News, which reported on the day of his arrest, federal agents found «various Freak Off items, including drugs and over 1000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant» during the searches of his home.

According to the report, Diddy was arrested in his home state and charged with several serious crimes, including organizing a criminal group, human trafficking, and transporting for prostitution.

His arrest came after an investigation in which three women and one man in New York were questioned on charges of human trafficking, sexual assault, as well as collecting and distributing illegal drugs and weapons, according to NBC.

Federal agents conducted a search at Sean «Diddy» Combs' home in Los Angeles.

TMZ reports that they also searched his home in Miami.

Combs' lawyer released a statement after the searches in March, calling it «a rough use of military force».

«This unprecedented siege — combined with an advanced, coordinated media presence — leads to the premature condemnation of Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on groundless allegations made in civil lawsuits», - said lawyer Aaron Dyer, citing multiple sources. «None of these allegations have resulted in criminal or civil liability. Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every day to clear his name».

Dyer continued: «Yesterday there was a rough use of military force during the searches of Mr. Combs' homes. There is no justification for the excessive show of force and hostility displayed by the authorities, or for the treatment of his children and employees».

The recent investigation into Diddy’s property comes amid allegations of rape and sexual assault from several women. One of them was Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, who filed a lawsuit against him in November 2023, accusing him of physical and sexual violence during their 11-year relationship.

Combs categorically denied Ventura’s allegations, and they quickly reached an agreement at the end of the same month. However, he still faces several charges of sexual assault.
