British singer RAYE commented on rumors about her possible romantic connection with actor Michael B. Jordan. In an interview with Extra on September 27, she noted that she cannot speak in detail on the subject as it could cause problems.
RAYE, whose real name is Rachel Keen, did not confirm the rumors that she and Jordan are dating, despite being seen together at Six Flags Magic Mountain amusement park in August. She stated, «No, we’re just friends who love roller coasters», - emphasizing that there is no romantic relationship between them.
On the red carpet at the 2026 MTV VMAs, the singer also mentioned that she has been very busy in recent months. She clarified that she and Jordan are working on a joint project but insisted that their relationship is strictly platonic.
Rumors of a romance surfaced after they were spotted together on rides in California on August 7. In one fan photo, RAYE and Jordan are seen sitting next to each other on a roller coaster, and later they were photographed chatting before the start of another ride.
The singer also noted that she continues to search for love and does not plan to release a new album until she meets the «right» person. She added that «love comes when you stop looking».
Michael B. Jordan previously dated Steve Harvey’s daughter, Lori Harvey, with whom he split in June 2022. In March 2025, he also became the subject of romance rumors with actress Taylor Russell, with whom he worked on the film «The Thomas Crown Affair».
