At the event, Reese chose a white corset and black pants with high-heeled shoes, while Deacon wore a brown suit and a t-shirt. Ava, 27, opted for a mini dress with diagonal stripes, and Betty was in a black suit with a silk scarf.
In her Instagram, Witherspoon expressed pride in her son, writing: «So proud of you, @deaconphillippee!!» A few days before the event, Deacon shared his feelings about the project, noting that the script reflects his relationship with his brother Tennessee. He also talked about how important it is for him to follow in the footsteps of his parents, Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe, who were married from 1999 to 2007.
Deacon emphasized that he is not trying to prove anything to anyone but himself and wants to become the best version of himself. He also shared his impressions of watching films featuring his parents, noting that it was difficult, but as he gets older, he begins to appreciate their careers and seeks their advice.
