Assembly of Avengers! We call on all Marvel fans, the Russo brothers — Joe and Anthony — are working on directing two more Avengers movies that will be connected to the storyline.
The brothers, who have crossed the threshold of fifty, have delighted the heroic fan base with three excellent films — «Captain America: Civil War», - «Avengers: Infinity War», - and «Avengers: Endgame» — since they began collaborating with the Marvel clan. This duo has created high-grossing films, making fans both cry and buy tickets in theaters.
Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Tom Holland, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, and many other superheroes who have joined the team in recent years have become stars, conquering the film industry thanks to these films.
The film has had a huge impact on the lives of many people, and Joe shared with Box Office Pro: «It was 10 years of multifaceted serialized stories — several franchises with very successful characters in each franchise. Audiences have an emotional investment in all the franchises in a way that I don’t think has ever been done in cinema. Of course, there have been individual franchises like Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, or Star Wars, but I don’t know if anyone has ever done multiple franchises that all built to a finale like 'Endgame'».
He added: «The best thing, in my opinion, that Marvel has done is unite the audience. It’s like a rock concert when you go to a Marvel movie on opening day. There’s an energy and excitement that you don’t get sitting at home. There’s a sense of community. People applaud, laugh, cry, and follow the story collectively in a way that I don’t think you’ll see again outside of the Star Wars franchise. The emotional connection is so strong for many people».
The search for directors is complete, and Marvel fans will now be able to relive these moments in the near future thanks to the Russo brothers. Although the finale of «Endgame» was tearful, fans can expect to see «Avengers» in 2026 and «Avengers: Secret Wars» in 2027
