We are about to get another summer song from Sabrina Carpenter! The international pop sensation recently announced an upcoming single, hinting that it will have a music video. In the teaser, Sabrina is seen wearing high-waisted denim shorts, a white top, and heels, trying to stop a car. She then posted a separate post on Instagram confirming the song title: «Manchild».
«This song is about you!!» Sabrina jokingly hinted in her Instagram caption on June 3. So who could this single be about? Fans, of course, are pointing to Sabrina’s most recent ex-boyfriend, Barry Keoghan.

However, there was no evidence to support the rumors of infidelity. It is still unclear why Barry and Sabrina broke up. In response to the chaos, he deactivated his Instagram account and wrote a message through X about the online inferno.
«I can only sit and endure so much. My name has been dragged through the internet in ways I usually don’t respond to», - Barry wrote in December 2024. «I have to respond now because it has reached a point where too many lines have been crossed. I deactivated my account because I could no longer allow these things to distract me from my family and my work. The messages I received, no one should have to read them. Absolute lies, hatred, disgusting comments about my appearance, character, how I raise children, and all other inhuman things you can imagine».
Barry also accused someone of stalking him and his family, appearing at the door of his relatives. «This crosses the line», - he added, without naming Sabrina in his public statement
