Celine Dion unexpectedly appeared at Paris Fashion Week, performing at the L’Oréal Paris show. The singer delivered her song «I'm Alive», - showcasing her signature vocal abilities. On stage, she embraced Eva Longoria, and among the audience were Heidi Klum, Kristen Bell, Jane Fonda, Cara Delevingne, Kendall Jenner, Andy McDowell, and Lindsey Vonn.
Recently, Dion returned to the stage with a sold-out residency in Paris, marking her first performance after being sidelined by Stiff-Person Syndrome. Earlier this month, during a concert, she couldn’t hold back tears, saying, «I promised myself not to cry. But I am so happy to see you all. I missed you. I will sing, just like you, without tears».
Despite thinking she might never sing again, Dion was able to showcase her vocal talents for over two hours, performing hits such as «The Power of Love», - «Because You Loved Me», - «Pour que tu m’aimes encore», - «All By Myself», - «I'm Alive», - and of course, «My Heart Will Go On».
Dion spoke about her struggles on the path to recovery, noting, «The road has been rocky. The journey turned out to be longer than expected, with unplanned stops. But I held on. I believed in a faint ray of light in the distance, deep in the mountains. And here it is—the sun, right in front of me». Before her residency, her last live performance took place at the Eiffel Tower during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, where she sang «Hymne à l’amour» by Édith Piaf.
