Sean «Diddy» Combs faced another lawsuit regarding sexual trafficking. Three months after his two properties in Los Angeles and Miami were searched by law enforcement, the 54-year-old musician was hit with another lawsuit by a woman named Adria English.
According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ on Wednesday, July 3, English accused Combs of asking her partner and another model at the time to perform oral sex on him in order to get a modeling job for Sean John. After both allegedly refused to do so, English claimed that her partner was given another opportunity, on the condition that she would work as a «go-go dancer» at Combs' party in the Hamptons in 2004.
Following this, English, who was working under the pseudonym porn actress Omeenik at the time, noted in the lawsuit that she often worked at Diddy’s parties. However, she allegedly ended up having sex with guests, including jeweler Jacob Arabo, according to the lawsuit. English claimed she was forced into «non-consensual sex» with Arabo, and after that Combs congratulated her, paying her an additional $ 1,000.
Additionally, in the lawsuit, English claimed she was sexually assaulted by unnamed individuals, and that she had to have sex with other party guests while working for Diddy for about five years.
In response to the latest lawsuit, Combs' lawyer, Jonathan Davis, denied English’s allegations in a statement obtained by TMZ.
«No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it does not change the fact that Mr. Combs has never engaged in sexual harassment or sex trafficking», - the statement read. «We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason and without any evidence. Fortunately, there is a fair and impartial legal process that will help establish the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident that he will prevail in these and other baseless lawsuits in court».
