According to information published by TMZ, Sean «Diddy» Combs, who is serving time at FCI Fort Dix, has been found to have disciplinary violations. His release date has been moved to March 8, 2028, and, as stated by Jose Roha, the secretary of the Bureau of Prisons employees' union, his disciplinary report includes three fights that occurred on July 31, September 30, and October 1.
Additionally, Combs was recorded for two minor violations related to phone usage on July 7 and September 19, 2025. According to Roha, these violations resulted in the loss of 41 days of good behavior and 400 days of privileges in the commissary. It is also reported that Diddy may be classified as a «disruptive» inmate and transferred to another facility, although no transfer has taken place at this time.
Combs was reportedly seen with a contraband phone in a video published by NBC News. It was previously reported that he spends thousands of dollars on more comfortable living conditions in prison. In response to these reports, Combs' representative, Juda Engelmayer, told Oxygen that «the constant scrutiny of every detail of Sean Combs' life in prison has reached a point where the media is treating ordinary prison life as news». He added that «the only real news is that Sean continues to serve his sentence in accordance with the rules and is patiently awaiting the court’s decision on his appeal».
It is worth noting that a year ago, Judge Arun Subramanian sentenced Combs to 50 months in prison, of which 14 months were credited as time already served. He was found guilty on two counts of transportation for the purpose of prostitution but not guilty on charges of racketeering and human trafficking.
