Sean «Diddy» Combs has been transferred to another federal facility. After spending some time at the Federal Institute Fort Dix in New Jersey, he was moved to FCI Allenwood in Pennsylvania, which was confirmed by a Bureau of Prisons representative in an interview with Extra.

Following the transfer, Diddy’s representative, Juda Engelmayer, told People magazine that they appreciate the Bureau of Prisons' attention to the safety and well-being of Sean and everyone involved in the situation. He noted that the transfer from one low-security facility to another is an important step, although they cannot comment on the specific reasons for this decision. Engelmayer expressed hope that Diddy would be able to continue serving his sentence without unnecessary disruptions.

Combs' transfer occurred just days after his disciplinary record was reportedly obtained by Jose Roha, the secretary of the union representing Bureau of Prisons staff. Roha told TMZ that Combs' record includes three fights in prison that took place on July 31, September 30, and October 1. Additionally, he was penalized for two minor violations related to phone use on July 7 and September 19, 2025. According to Roha, these violations resulted in Diddy losing 41 days of good time and 400 days of privileges in the commissary.

TMZ noted that Diddy could be classified as a «disruptive» inmate and transferred to another facility. At that time, Roha stated that the transfer had not yet occurred. It was also reported that Combs was seen with a contraband phone in a video published by NBC News. Earlier reports indicated that he was spending thousands of dollars for more comfortable living conditions in prison. In response to these reports, Engelmayer told Oxygen that the constant scrutiny of every detail of Sean’s life in prison has reached a point where the media considers ordinary prison conditions as news. He emphasized that the only real news is that Sean continues to serve his sentence in accordance with the rules and is patiently awaiting the court’s decision on his appeal.

A year ago, Judge Arun Subramanian sentenced Combs to 50 months in prison, of which 14 months were credited as time already served. He was found guilty on two counts of transportation for the purpose of prostitution (Mann Act), but not guilty on charges of racketeering and human trafficking.
