Simone Biles responds to the label «athlete's wife» and discusses health

Olympic champion Simone Biles commented on her new nickname «WAG» (wife and girlfriend of a sportsman), noting that it does not bother her, as she knows who she is and what she has achieved. In an interview with Us, Biles, who is 29 years old, emphasized that her accomplishments at the Olympics and in the field of mental health are more important than this label.

Biles has been married to NFL player Jonathan Owens since 2023. Owens, who is 31 years old, currently plays for the Indianapolis Colts after signing a one-year contract in March. Biles stated that she will not accompany her husband to away games this season, although she attended all the matches last year. She explained that she wants to stay home to continue working on weekends.

Additionally, Biles actively supports people with inflammatory skin conditions such as seborrheic dermatitis and eczema. She shared her experience of battling these conditions and encouraged others not to hesitate to seek help from dermatologists. Biles was diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis and eczema, after which she was prescribed treatment that, according to her, turned out to be a simple solution to a problem she had struggled with for a long time.
