According to PEOPLE, her boyfriend Lloyd Klein reported that she died in her sleep on the eve of the New Year 2024, while taking a nap. Klein told the publication that she had phlebitis. «Because of the phlebitis, her legs were very, very swollen, blood was blocked, and there was no oxygen in the brain», - he said. «We napped, and when I woke up, I said, 'Jocelyn, we need to wake up, we need to get dressed,' and she was cold and dead».
