In the graphic, «good men» are described as those who set boundaries, apologize, tell the truth, take responsibility, respect their relationships, and love their partners. Narcissistic men, according to the graphic, are gaslighters, liars, demand attention, are envious, and often play the victim. Manolo added to the graphic that «no matter how much you do for a narcissist, they will hate you for it», - emphasizing that «nothing will ever be enough».
A few days earlier, on October 8, Vergara’s ex-husband, Joe Manganiello, spoke about their divorce in an interview timed with the release of his new book «Bloodlines». He revealed that he had secretly struggled with an unknown autoimmune disease for seven years while Vergara allegedly refused to hug him. Manganiello also claimed that their marriage became «emotionally devoid» and that Vergara mocked him for taking care of a sick Chihuahua named Bubbles in 2019. Vergara has not commented on these allegations.
Manganiello and Vergara were married from 2015 to 2023, and their divorce was finalized in 2024. Vergara previously stated that the reason for their split was disagreements over children.
