Sonja Morgan, star of the reality show «The Real Housewives of New York City», - shared that participating in the project helped her support her daughter Quincy. In an interview with Us Weekly, she noted that thanks to the viewers and the support of Bravo and E! networks, she was able to provide her daughter with an education, as Quincy graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with honors.

Now that Quincy has started college, Sonja feels like an «empty nester» and is ready for a new stage in her life. She revealed that she sold her home in New York City, as it was no longer needed, and created a peaceful life in Palm Beach. Sonja also mentioned that she is now more open to serious relationships, although she believes that dating in the modern world is a challenge.

Sonja began her reality TV career in 2010, joining «The Real Housewives of New York City» in its third season. She was a cast member of the show for 11 seasons until 2021, and then returned to Bravo in 2023 for a new project «Luann and Sonja: Welcome to Crappie Lake». This year, she will also reunite with other RHONY stars for a new show «The Golden Life», - which will debut on October 20 on E!

In the interview, Sonja also touched on her relationship with ex-boyfriend Harry Dubin, noting that he became more interested in the show and public attention than in her. She added that she prefers to maintain her friendships outside the framework of the show.

«The Golden Life» will follow Sonja and her friends, who now live in Palm Beach after many years in New York City.
