«The animal who shot two National Guardsmen, both in critical condition and now in two different hospitals, is also seriously injured», - the president wrote in his statement, adding that the criminal «will pay a very high price».
Initial «conflicting» reports claimed that both National Guard soldiers were killed, wrote West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey. Metropolitan Police Department Executive Assistant Chief Jeff Carroll stated that both guardsmen are receiving treatment at a local hospital
