Lawsuit: Miley Cyrus accused of copying Bruno Mars' hit song

Although the lawsuit pertains to his song, Bruno’s name is not mentioned in the court documents, according to several sources. Tempo Music Investments owns the copyright to «When I Was Your Man» and claimed that there are «clear similarities» between this song and «Flowers» by Miley.
The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles on Monday, September 16, also accuses several companies of distributing «Flowers», - including Sony Music Publishing, Apple, Target, and Walmart.
