The game is scheduled to start at 6:30 PM Eastern Time (3:30 PM Pacific Time) at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, with pre-game events beginning earlier that same day.
This year, the teams on the field will be the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks, reminiscent of their classic matchup in Super Bowl XLIX.
The halftime show will be headlined by Bad Bunny, who will make history as the first artist to perform in Spanish as the main act. In his statement, Bad Bunny said, «What I feel goes beyond myself. This is for those who came before me and ran countless yards so I could go out and score a touchdown… this is for my people, my culture, and our history. Tell your grandma that we will be at the SUPER BOWL HALFTIME SHOW».
Before the game, there will be a special anniversary ceremony featuring the band Green Day, celebrating six decades of Super Bowl MVPs. In the pre-game show, Charlie Puth will perform the national anthem, Brandi Carlile will present «America the Beautiful», - and Coco Jones will conclude the pre-game performances with «Lift Every Voice and Sing».
