Ed Westwick and Amy Jackson’s Wedding: Romance on the Amalfi Coast

Just seven months after getting engaged, Ed Westwick and Amy Jackson got married.
After a small civil ceremony at the Connaught Hotel in London on August 9, former «Gossip Girl» star Westwick, 37, and actress Jackson, 32, said «I do» for the second time on Saturday, August 24, at a wedding in Italy.
The couple invited 220 guests to a three-day wedding weekend on the Amalfi Coast, saying that its «eternal romance and vintage charm» made it the perfect place for them.
«We wanted a wedding location that was not only naturally beautiful, surrounded by the ocean, hills, and vineyards, but also unique, and we found just that», - said the «Supergirl» star to PEOPLE magazine.
Jackson wore a custom gown by Italian designer Alberta Ferretti and a separate dress from Pronovias Atelier for the reception. Meanwhile, Westwick was dressed in a white Giorgio Armani jacket, black trousers, and a black tie, with his hair styled back.
In a joint Instagram post, Westwick shared photos on August 25, writing in the caption: «The journey has only just begun».
The couple first met in 2021 during a race with Aston Martin at the Silverstone track.
«I was there with a friend who knew her. I saw her and thought, I’ll make the first move! We chatted a bit, and I asked her if she wanted to meet me for coffee», - said Westwick in an interview with Hello! in October 2023.
«We had a wonderful day, and she beat me. Her lap time was much better than mine! She makes my heart beat from day one!»
After two years together, the couple got engaged in the Swiss Alps in January.
Last year, the couple moved into a new home and were busy with renovations. «We bought a new place outside the city, not far from London. I’m currently decorating the house — I’m a bit of an interior designer», - said Westwick to the Daily Mail.
He added: «Everything is great — she’s my best friend. She’s a great mom, everything you want, what I saw in my parents. I hope I’ll have my version».
Jackson is the mother of 4-year-old son Andreas, whom she shares with her ex, George Panayiotou. She regularly shares photos and videos of her little one with her current husband
