Kim Zolciak’s sons accused in firecracker incident

Police were called to Kim Zolciak’s home after reports of teenagers throwing firecrackers and eggs at a nearby horse camp. According to information from the incident report, on November 25, 2025, an anonymous caller reported that a teenager was standing on the porch of Zolciak’s house in Alpharetta, Georgia, and «shouting obscenities» at the equestrian center, as well as throwing firecrackers in its direction. Although the names of 14-year-old Kash and 15-year-old KJ, Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s sons, were not mentioned in the call, the report indicates their involvement in the incident.
According to the report, police spoke with Zolciak and advised her to discuss her sons' behavior with them. Zolciak stated that she would check the surveillance cameras and take action. The report also mentions that the complainant had previously tried to reach out to the teenagers' parents but «never saw the parents on site».
TMZ reported that a similar incident occurred on July 14, when one of the boys was accused of shooting a pellet gun to scare the horses on the farm. A staff member at the facility reported that, to her knowledge, neither the horses nor people were harmed by the shots. Police at the scene noted «20−30 pellets scattered along the road near the property». One of Zolciak’s sons admitted to shooting the pellet gun but denied any intent to cause harm.
These incidents come amid legal troubles for Zolciak’s eldest son, 15-year-old KJ, who is accused of sexual assault against a classmate. He was arrested in August on charges of aggravated sexual assault and other offenses. KJ has pleaded not guilty to all charges. Zolciak stated that the allegations against her son are «nothing short of irresponsible and deeply troubling». She also noted that her son passed a polygraph test and no DNA belonging to him was found.
Recently, investigators discovered a video on KJ’s phone showing him and an unidentified family member under the age of 12 engaging in sexual activity. Prosecutors claim to have found evidence of «multiple encounters» where KJ used «predatory and demeaning» language towards the victim. KJ has not yet commented on the latest allegations.
