In Tennessee, therapist Jennifer Reynolds has been arrested for allegedly striking a 5-year-old boy with special needs in the face with a hard lunchbox during the school day. The incident occurred on October 6 at Ray Elementary School in Paris, Tennessee.
According to the Henry County Sheriff’s Department, Reynolds, 54, has been charged with aggravated child abuse. It is unclear what exactly preceded the alleged attack. After the incident, the boy’s parents were immediately notified, and the child was taken to the school nurse for evaluation.
