«Travis proposed, probably, two weeks ago, not quite two weeks ago», - Ed told ABC News 5 Cleveland. «He was going to hold off until this week. I think she might have gotten a little nervous, but he was going to hold off until this week to make some big event, to make it a big special event».
Taylor has not publicly confirmed if she was ever engaged before Travis. So as far as we know, she was never engaged before 2025.
When Taylor was dating ex-boyfriend Joe Alwyn, several sources reported that they were engaged at some point. The former couple never confirmed or denied these rumors, but Joe responded to them during an interview with WSJ Magazine in April 2022.
