Tish Cyrus thanks her husband for taking care of her, while Billy Ray accuses his ex-wife of isolation

Tish Cyrus is grateful for having her husband, Dominic Persell, in her life, as she noted in a new post on Instagram. Turning to social media on Tuesday, June 19, the 57-year-old shared a photo of Dominic shortly after her ex-husband, Billy Ray Cyrus, accused his former wife, Tish, of isolating him from his family.
«Thank you for taking such good care of me», - Tish captioned her post alongside an intimate photo of Dominic in blue shorts and a white t-shirt. «I thank GOD every day for you being such a MAN… I love you».
Tish’s message to her husband came right after Billy Ray filed a lawsuit against Tish, 36, earlier this week. The «Hannah Montana» star, 62, accused the Australian singer of «engaging in a campaign of isolation against the plaintiff from his family», - according to documents obtained by E! News.
«He discovered that the defendant, unknown to the plaintiff, blocked at least one (1) of his daughters from being able to contact him by phone (s) or electronic device (s)», - the documents stated. It is unclear which daughter of Cyrus Billy Ray was referring to in his accusation.
Billy Ray and Tish are raising their children Miley, Noah, Brandi, Trace, and Braison Cyrus together. The former spouses were married from 1993 to 2022. The following year, both Tish and Billy Ray remarried their current spouses. However, seven months after the wedding, Billy Ray filed for divorce from Tish in May.
