Tom Cruise showcased his famous dance moves on «The Jennifer Hudson Show». The actor appeared in black clothing and sunglasses, walking through the iconic Spirit Tunnel. After meeting the show’s welcoming committee, he said, «I loved it! They had to pull me out of the Spirit Tunnel… If you can’t enjoy the Spirit Tunnel, you’re not alive».
Hudson asked Cruise about his famous dance scene in «Risky Business». He shared memories from the filming: «I remember every second of shooting and I remember how director Paul Brickman gave me the first take, and I thought, 'I got this.'» Cruise added that dancing came naturally to him: «I danced as a kid. You know, I used to dance in my underwear when no one was around… Don’t we all do that?»
When Jennifer asked if he was scared to do it, Tom replied, «No, no. I was like, 'Let's go!'» He also talked about his new film «Digger», - in which he plays oil magnate Digger Rockwell, whose project could lead to disaster if he can’t prevent it and save humanity.
Cruise attended the film’s premiere in London with Prince William and Kate Middleton, noting, «I didn’t tell them anything about it… I just remember how Kate… at moments when something was happening, they both looked at me like, 'What's going on?'» He added that they laughed and were very kind.
Jennifer also asked Tom about meeting William many years ago when he visited the set with his mother, Princess Diana. Cruise recalled, «It was wonderful… that he came… It was the first 'Mission: Impossible.'» He continued, «It was on set, and she was magnificent, and he was just amazing, very kind to everyone and just a kid, you know? He was fantastic, polite, and fun».
