Tom Sandoval has filed a lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix. According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Wednesday, July 17, the 40-year-old reality show star filed a lawsuit against his «Vanderpump Rules» co-star, 39-year-old Ariana, for receiving sexually explicit videos on his phone from Rachel Leviss without his «consent or permission».
In the court documents, Tom also claimed that Ariana «made copies» of the videos and sent them to «Leviss and third parties» without his consent.
In response to his lawsuit, Ariana’s lawyer, Jordan Susman, provided a statement to the publication, calling the filing «disgusting».
«It is disgusting that Tom Sandoval continues to torment Miss Madix», - the lawyer’s statement read. «From the illicit affair that destroyed her home and stability, to months of emotional warfare and now this attempt to further evade personal responsibility for the consequences of his actions on her emotional well-being. Tom Sandoval knows full well the privileges he and Miss Madix shared regarding their personal communication devices».
Jordan added in the response: «If he or his beloved could choose, it would be illegal to find out that their spouse or partner is cheating. Tom Sandoval, moving from Ariana’s pleas for forgiveness to accusing her of his actions, speaks for himself. Even months after The New York Times called Mr. Sandoval the 'most hated man in America,' he clearly has learned nothing and feels the need to continue tormenting Miss Madix in a futile attempt to restore his reputation. Miss Madix is confident that the jury will see through this latest move and reject his baseless claims».
The lawsuit pertains to the content of the videos on Tom’s phone, which revealed to Ariana his infidelity with Rachel, 29. In March 2023, Ariana attended a concert with the frontman of Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras, and she had his phone. Shortly before that, she discovered videos and other content on the screen confirming that Tom had been unfaithful to Ariana for nearly a decade-long relationship.
Ariana and Tom subsequently broke up, which happened in a dramatic finale of the 10th season of VPR and a three-part reunion
