The media also reported that Arakawa was found on the floor in the bathroom, with a heater next to her head. The deputy believed that the heater could have fallen if she had fallen to the floor, according to TMZ. The deputy also saw a bottle of prescription pills scattered on the countertop near Arakawa, and her body was in a state of decomposition, as her face was swollen, and there were signs of mummification on her hands and feet.
