Coach Jenkins has become the most successful in the history of the Grizzlies club

Jenkins was the head coach of the Grizzlies from the 2019−2020 season, with a record of 250−214 (.539). He is the winningest coach in the history of the club, leading Memphis to the playoffs three times. Jenkins is also the longest-tenured coach in the league without a championship, only Gregg Popovich, Steve Kerr, Erik Spoelstra, and Michael Malone — other coaches who have been with their teams longer.

Previously, Jenkins worked as an assistant for the Milwaukee Bucks and Atlanta Hawks, both times under the guidance of coach Mike Budenholzer
