Travis Kelsey shared how he reacted to Taylor Swift’s appearance at his game

Travis Kelce’s friend and teammate, James Winchester, shared a very sweet way in which the Kansas City Chiefs tight end reacted when his girlfriend Taylor Swift came to one of his games for the first time, in a new interview. The 34-year-old long snapper revealed that he was the one who told Travis that the pop star, also 34 years old, was in the stands to support him!
During a podcast released on Wednesday, May 8th, James told the story of how he found out Taylor was at the stadium from equipment manager Jay White. «My first response was, 'That's pretty cool,' so I went up to Travis during the game, we were on the sidelines, and I just said, 'Hey man, it’s cool that she’s here,'» he said on Like a Farmer, according to Entertainment Tonight. «He was like, 'Wait, what do you mean? Did they show her on the scoreboard or something?'»
The long snapper admitted that Travis blushed as soon as he found out Taylor was in the crowd, and it sounded very cute. «[I told Travis], 'Jay [White] just told me. That’s cool, man, good for you,'» he said. «He was just smiling, blushing a bit».
James also said that he met the singer «But, dad, I love him» after the game, and she charmed him. «Later that evening, [we] met her, and the first thing she said was, 'Hey, you’re the guys with the cute kids, because we brought my son and daughter onto the field. I think I just became a T. Swift fan,'» he recalled.
After Taylor attended her first Chiefs game in September (when rumors of their romance had just begun), the Super Bowl winner praised her on his New Heights podcast. «Shoutout to Taylor for showing up. That was pretty bold», - he said. «I just loved how everyone in the suite was only saying good things about her. Friends and family. She looked amazing, everyone was talking about her in the best light. Plus, the day went perfectly for Chiefs fans, of course. We all orchestrated that, ladies and gentlemen. It was impressive»
